Our VISION is to offer an intense and innovative approach to address childcare needs in Central Montana by:

• offering consultation with area experts to provide support and resources to providers in order to expand access to quality childcare;

• creating strategic partnerships with stakeholders to form a holistic, community-led approach to offering innovative solutions to meet the demand for childcare services;

• creating a sustainable childcare workforce to improve quality, consistency, and availability of childcare workers;

• offering technical assistance to childcare providers to improve business operations and leadership development;

• fostering collaboration and increased coordination to develop community-driven innovative solutions to address ongoing childcare issues; and

• garnering the support and resources necessary to ensure the sustainability of CMCA to fulfill its mission and goals.
